Order Cancellation
- Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch.
- Once shipped, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.
- Prepaid cancellation refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 working days.
Returns & Replacement
Due to the nature of personal and luxury products, we do not offer returns or refunds once a product is delivered, except in the following cases:
- You received a damaged product
- You received a wrong product
- Product is defective upon arrival
In such situations, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery with:
- Order ID
- Unboxing video and images as proof
Our support team will review the case and arrange replacement where applicable.
Refund Eligibility
Refunds are issued only:
- If a replacement is not available for a damaged/wrong item
- If cancellation is approved before shipping
Non-Eligible Situations
No refunds/replacements will be accepted if:
- Product has been used
- Original packaging, tags, or seals are missing
- Request is raised after 48 hours of delivery
- Damage occurred after delivery
Refund Duration
Refunds (if eligible) are processed within 7–10 business days after approval.
