Refund & Cancellation Policy

We aim to provide the best shopping experience. If you have any concerns with your order, kindly review our policy below.

Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch.
  • Once shipped, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.
  • Prepaid cancellation refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 working days.

Returns & Replacement

Due to the nature of personal and luxury products, we do not offer returns or refunds once a product is delivered, except in the following cases:

  • You received a damaged product
  • You received a wrong product
  • Product is defective upon arrival

In such situations, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Order ID
  • Unboxing video and images as proof

Our support team will review the case and arrange replacement where applicable.

Refund Eligibility

Refunds are issued only:

  • If a replacement is not available for a damaged/wrong item
  • If cancellation is approved before shipping

Non-Eligible Situations

No refunds/replacements will be accepted if:

  • Product has been used
  • Original packaging, tags, or seals are missing
  • Request is raised after 48 hours of delivery
  • Damage occurred after delivery

Refund Duration

Refunds (if eligible) are processed within 7–10 business days after approval.
