Shipping Charges

Order Tracking

Delivery Attempts

  • Our courier partner will make up to 3 delivery attempts.
  • If the delivery is unsuccessful due to incorrect address or repeated unavailability, the package may be returned to us.

Damaged or Tampered Parcels

We request you to not accept a delivery if the package appears tampered with or damaged.
If you receive a damaged product inside, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with:

  • Photos/videos of product and packaging
